Dr. Naomi Ennis (she/her), PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Ontario and the state of South Carolina. She is passionate about providing empathic, client-centered, evidence-based care to adults and couples. Dr. Ennis provides treatment to adults with a range of concerns such as trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, panic attacks, health worries) and mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and issues of self-esteem, life transitions, and emotion regulation difficulties. She also provides couples-therapy to couples experiencing issues such as difficulties with communication, infidelity, differences in values, and high conflict. Dr. Ennis primarily practices cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment-therapy (ACT). She also integrates emotion-focused and self-compassion-based approaches.
